Just sharing.

My son is the most impossible child to photograph (portrait style). I did manage one decent photo of him for his 2 year portraits - Back in April. I will leave it at that ;)

I haven't updated too often. I have been in a slump of sorts and very busy with my children. The weather is getting to be too hot for my liking, so I haven't been photographing too many people at all :) I guess it's best I stick back to having this as a hobby. I promise to share more in the coming days.

6th Birthday Portraits: Fayetteville, NC - My daughter

I love the show, "Mad Men". For months I grappled the idea of doing a vintage photo shoot for my little girl's 6th birthday portraits.

I searched high and low for a vintage 60's party dress and came up empty handed. Eventually I just went to Old Navy and settled on a white sun dress. It would just have to do.

On a whim last Saturday, we headed to party city where I paid 7 bucks for 7 balloons, that they blew up and tied for me and I was off to take photos.

I am pleased with how they came out.









I have plenty more but I didn't want to overload on photos this time.

He is entirely too adorable and so sweet!! I can't wait to edit the other photos!

Baby M & Baby B: Mini Session Christmas Portriats: Fayetteville, NC Photographer

This week, I was thankful to be able to photograph these two adorable little boys. The Christmas baby with Santa hat is a photo I think ALL babies should have for their first Christmas. I have done it with my own children & think it's cute on any baby! You may notice I am adding heavier watermarking to images - it is to protect my client's from image reproduction from outside users. All my client's always recieve the high resolution image on CD to print where ever they desire, but in this day and age, it's so easy for anyone to go on google image search and steal your high resolution images and use them in advertisement and their own personal gains. I will do whatever it takes to keep this from happening. Including going after anyone who tries to break copyright laws under the digital millenium copyright act. This is my art, and I do not appreciate people stealing it. Please respect my wishes. Thank you :)
